I'm vacating to move in with my girlfriend. Lived in this property for 3 years.
Emma and Ben live in the other two rooms (they are not a couple). Really nice top-floor flat with friendly/respectful flatmates. They are respectful of each other's space but enjoy the odd film and dinner together. Ben is an excellent baker (chocolate cake is his speciality) and enjoys rock climbing. Emma likes a park run (gentle jog) and swim.
Bills are roughly £130-150 pcm
Both flatmates are professionals (one is a dentist, the other is a surveyor).
Flat is around 5 mins walk to Putney Bridge station so is very convenient and overlooks Putney allotments so it is extremely quiet. 5 min walk to Bishop's Park.
Wrap-around balcony.
Room comes with large living / dining room.
