Single occupancy room in safe and quiet location

Hello!

We have 1 room available from the 30th November!!
This is an 8bed share house with 4 female and 4 male currently. We are a sociable group of working professionals who enjoy cooking, going to the gym and/or pub and like to spend time together in the evenings 😊

**please note - only working professionals will be considered for this room**

The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and desk on the top floor of our house. There is a velux window and the room is warm and homely!
Also lots of hidden storage in rooftop space!
Bills all included
There is 2x bathrooms and 1 toilet shared between 7 people.
The kitchen is large and joint with our social space where we all regularly cook and spend time in the evening together

Imperial wharf station -15min walk
Parsons Green - 18min walk
Nearest bus stop -2min walk
Large sainsbury’s - 2min walk
Corner shop/post office - 1min walk
Gyms- 15/20min walk

We also have a cleaner 1x per week included in rent
Among the people in the house, there is use of Netflix on communal tv, along with various sports channels
