The house has a garden, kitchen/dining area with a dining table and small couch and a spare single room on the top floor which can be used for short-term guest stays.

Baron's Court Station (District & Piccadilly) is a ten-minute walk away, and Hammersmith Station (District, Piccadilly, Circle, H&C, bus station) is fifteen-minute walk away. Fulham Broadway Station (District) is a twenty-minute walk away.

There are multiple supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. within five minutes' walk and Livat Shopping Centre is a twenty minute walk away. There is also a gym across the road.
