Double room in friendly house of postgrad students

Hello all!! I am sadly moving :( so I’m looking for someone to occupy this room in Fulham area, 8 min walk to Baron’s court station (Piccadilly and District line). This room (on the first floor) is very spacious, with a large closet and double mirrors, and has a beautiful view of the back garden which brings in a lot of light. The house is situated in a very lovely and quiet neighborhood with other students and young professionals nearby. Everyone in this house is a masters student at Imperial, and common interests include going to the pub, cooking, playing tennis/padel, and just hanging out etc. Everyone is super friendly but also respects personal time: it’s the perfect balance! We are looking for someone in the same age range (early to mid 20’s) who is also laid back and friendly. Students preferred but not a requirement!
