Hiya I am Ellie and I am sadly putting up my room for someone to take over in January.
I am leaving my lovely girls flat to move in with my boyfriend (boo) and now I’m giving up my room teary eyed.
The House
It is a 4 bed 2 bathroom house on 2 levels. So it gives a lot of privacy.
You would move in with my 3 flatmates. All professionals
A graphic designer (26) , Tech Project manager (25) and one is in hospitality (25)
Located between Hammersmith Broadway station (5 min walk) and Barons Court Station (7 min walk) you are connected to Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith and City line.
Approx 30 minutes away from Heathrow and 15-20 minutes to central London
The best thing is a 5 minute walk to the Hammersmith Riverside with many pubs and so lively in the summer. 🍸
Close to Tesco and Sainsbury’s Local.
The Room
You’ll be paying £940.25 monthly and the bills are roughly around £110
It’s avaliable from the 1st of January 2025
It’s a double room on the second floor with direct access to the rooftop from the window.
It comes with a double bed and a huge inbuilt wardrobe to store all your things.
You would share the upstairs bathroom with 1 flatmate which includes a big rainfall shower.
The Vibe
We are an all girls house who enjoy socializing, going to the pub, walks along the river, movie and dinner nights in.
We’re looking for someone social, clean and tidy, who might be looking for a friendship as well and not just housemates.
