2 double rooms in a friendly house in Fulham

Hiya,

We are looking for two new roommates in our lovely house in Fulham, available in mid-January. I'm Celine, a master's law student juggling some part-time work, and my roommate Aisleen works full-time in a lab. We are looking for fun and outgoing people who want to be friends and enjoy a cosy house with great vibes. We love to hang out together, especially in our cute little garden (that has a BBQ) and watching evening telly, but we also respect each other's space - our doors are always open for a chat.

Here's some info about the area:
- 15 minute walk to Baron Court station
- 20minute walk to Hammersmith station and West Brompton station
- 5 minute walk from the Thames River Path

Some extra info:
- Bills are around 125 per person, including council tax
- For the referencing, you need to earn a minimum of £28,200 per annum
- Deposit for each room is 1038
- The downstairs bedroom has access to its own shower and toilet
