Hi! I’m Ben — 26, working as a software engineer — and I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share a great lower-ground floor flat right by the river in Hammersmith.

The area is great: think riverside walks, cosy pubs, and plenty of great bars and restaurants just a few steps away. The flat itself is clean, tidy, and well-kept, and it comes with all bills included plus a weekly cleaner.

About me / who I’m looking for:
I’m sociable, enjoy a chat, and love a relaxed home environment — but I also appreciate personal space and a calm atmosphere. Ideally, you’re someone similarly clean, tidy, considerate, and easy-going.

Availability:
I collect the keys for the flat on 10th April so it will be available to view from then. Ideally you’d move it at the end of April.
