Lovely ensuite double room in Hammersmith for 670

Unfortunately, I have to leave London and my beautiful ensuite room behind, as well as my lovely flatmate Natasha. The good news is that this wonderful ensuite room is now available from January 4th until June 3rd, 2026.

The room is located between Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush. It is a split-level flat with the bathrooms and bedrooms on the lower floor and the kitchen and living room on the top floor. The room has its own very spacious ensuite bathroom and a lovely Juliette balcony. It comes furnished with a bed, two cupboards, and a chest of drawers. The little IKEA cupboard, chair, and desk are mine, but I am more than happy to sell them if needed.

The bills come to around £165 a month, and that includes internet, water, council tax, energy, and Sky TV — so everything is covered.

Natasha, your future flatmate, is a very nice and easy-going person. We have been living together for over a year, and she’s been in the flat for more than 10 years. She loves cycling, going to the theatre, and travelling. She works as an executive assistant and is warm, respectful, and great to live with.

We are looking for a female professional who is clean, friendly, and respectful — someone who enjoys a peaceful home and fits well into the relaxed atmosphere of the flat.

The room is very light and spacious, and for £670.15 it is an absolute steal for the area. The deposit is £773.25. It is rented via an agency, which will, of course, run a background check. The landladies are extremely nice, responsive, and helpful.

Viewings will be this Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm.
