Take over my room in this lower ground floor flat in quiet Queen’s Club Gardens! 🌿 The room is spacious and fully-furnished, plus access to the communal gardens and private tennis courts is included in the lease!

🏡 The flat has 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will be sharing withh 4 other tenants, all of whom are working professionals in their 20s.

Generally the flatmates keep to themselves, we’re all busy professionals and we all have different friend groups. Since there’s no shared living area in the flat, we tend to go out to socialise (most in-flat socialising happens when cooking or in the summer months when the gardens are at their best).

💡Bills come to £80 for council tax, internet, and energy (with minor variance based on usage).

📑 With the contract, the landlady will sign a 1-year tenancy, but tenants can leave when they like as long as they find a suitable replacement to take over their room.
