There are 2 rooms available in this 3 bed apartment. Both the 2 rooms are en suite that come furnished including bed, desk, wardrobe, dresser and private bathroom. They are very spacious, with storage cupboards and sky lights that make it feel very light and airy. Rent is £1133/month each and bills are roughly £100/month. The flat itself is 3 bedrooms and we all have our own bathrooms, it’s split level across two floors (3rd and 4th floor in the building) the main level has living room, kitchen, one bedroom/bathroom and the upper level has the other two bedrooms/bathrooms. We also have both washer and dryer along with dishwasher and all appliances (microwave etc). The location is about two minute walk from barons court on the Piccadilly and district lines. I am living in the third room: I am from Italy, I am 27 y. o. I am a social person, I like to do sports, try new restaurants and explore the city. I also value my personal space and I am looking for clean and tide housemates. The rooms are available from 11th of March.
