West Kensington Sharehouse - 1 Tenant Wanted!

The house is a 4-storey townhouse on a quiet road in West Kensington, with a nice rear garden, shared kitchen/living room spaces, and 3 bathrooms. We're 5-10min walk from both West Kensington (District Line) and Baron's Court (Picadilly/District Line) tube stations, as well as a busy high street with plenty of supermarket options and bus stops. There's also a few nearby parks some great riverside spots. It's the kind of neighbourhood that feels safe even when you're walking home in the evening.

We've always had a really welcoming and comfortable environment in the house, so we're also looking for someone nice and friendly to help maintain that! You can count on the house being clean as we're both very tidy and we have a cleaner in once a week.

There are actually 2 options for the rooms to choose from, so I've inluded photos of both. Both are south-facing so you get loads of natural light throughout the day and even better, you look out onto the back garden instead of a road.

Rent is all-inclusive, covering utility bills, tax, wifi, cleaner, and a small house fund for buying cleaning stuff or furniture for shared spaces.

PLEASE NOTE: the room comes with a shared bathroom, not an en-suite. There's also a spare bathroom (just WC/sink) so there's never been any issues with people overlapping. Also both rooms available are UNFURNISHED. Some of the girls moving out are willing to sell some bits of furniture if needed (double bed + 3x chest of drawers).
