West Kensington Sharehouse - 1 Tenant Wanted!

The property is a 4-storey townhouse on a quiet road in West Kensington, with a secluded rear garden, shared kitchen/living room spaces, and 3 bathrooms. We have a cleaner in every Friday morning to ensure shared spaces are clean. We're 5-10min walk from both West Kensington (District Line) and Baron's Court (Picadilly/District Line) tube stations, as well as a busy high street with plenty of supermarket options and bus stops. There's also parks/green spaces around and a 15-20min walk to some great riverside spots. It's the kind of neighbourhood that feels safe even when you're walking home in the evening.

The house is usually quiet and clean, with privacy and respect for other tenants having always been important to everyone who has lived here. Tenants are all expected to clean up after themselves to keep shared spaces tidy for the next person. We've always had a really welcoming and comfortable environment in the house, so we're also looking for someone nice and friendly to help maintain that!

Please note: the room comes with a shared bathroom, not an en-suite. There's also a spare bathroom (just WC/sink) so there's never been any issues with people overlapping!

There are actually 2 options for the rooms to choose from, so I've inluded photos of both. Both are south-facing so you get loads of natural light throughout the day and even better, you look out onto the back garden instead of a road. Meaning you'll see neighbourhood cats, birds, squirrels, and occasionally foxes all paying us a visit from time to time.

Rent is all-inclusive, covering utility bills, tax, wifi, cleaner, and a small house fund for buying cleaning stuff or furniture for shared spaces. The Landlord has always been super responsive whenever we have issues with appliances.
