This room is available as a sublet until March 7th and from then you could take over the contract as a tenant with the other flatmates which would then last until September 7th 2027.

Currently the contract is paid 6 months in advance every 6 months, but hopefully with the renters rights act being passed, that will change to monthly payments soon.

The deposit being asked is only for those that are interested in taking over the contract full time, not for people interested in the short term let till March 7th.

There are currently 2 male flatmates living here, they are looking for someone quiet and friendly. (Also someone who love a kitchen chat and to join for a movie night every now and then.)

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room is all shared with the two others.

Bills are not included.
