Currently the contract is paid 6 months in advance every 6 months(the next billing is from the 7th of March), but hopefully with the renters rights act being passed, that will change to monthly payments after the first billing period.
The deposit being asked would be paid to the leaving flat mate during the change of occupancy, and received back from Foxtons when the contract expires.
There are currently 2 male flatmates living here, they are looking for someone quiet and friendly. (Also someone who loves a kitchen chat and to join for a movie night every now and then.)
The kitchen, bathroom, and living room is all shared with the two others.
Bills are not included.
