I’m looking for someone to take over my furnished double room in a shared flat on Beaumont Crescent, West Kensington, as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

Rent: £914.63 per month

Bills not included (usually around £150/month covering water, broadband, energy and council tax)

Available as soon as a replacement is found

Shared with two other women in their mid to late 20s who work full-time

This is a replacement on the existing tenancy

Ideally tidy, respectful, and a similar age (mid to late 20s). No students or pets, sorry.
