Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely flat. The ‘cottage’ is cosy and well laid out, with a great shared living room/kitchen and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There’s also a small outdoor terrace which brings in lots of natural light. The bedroom has excellent storage, including a huge built-in wardrobe. I’ve absolutely loved living here and comes with the bed, bedside table and chest of drawers.

You’d be living with Ishbel, a friendly professional working in marketing.

The location is fantastic — around 8 minutes from both West Kensington and West Brompton, and about 15 minutes from Earl’s Court and Barons Court. Very easy for commuting. There’s loads nearby too: great coffee shops, bars, and a Virgin Active gym just down the road.

Move-in date is the start of April, with some flexibility.
