Come live with us in our lovely Fulham/Hammersmith house. You will be joining a household of an aussie couple (29F, 32M), an aussie guy (29) and a kiwi girl (30). All making the most of London life and European travel. Everyone gets out and about doing their own thing but are around for chats, pub nights, Sunday roasts, drinks in the garden (in the summer) and binging a good TV show.

We are keen to have someone join us that is late 20s/early 30s, clean, respectful and has a similar vibe.

The house has a nice open living/kitchen/dining and a sunny backyard. The room is a good sized double, on the middle floor of our 3 story house on a quiet street close to lots of amenities. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, bookshelf and desk. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person as well.

Close by you’ll find:
Hammersmith Tube station (10 minute walk), a bus stop at the end of the street
Little Waitrose/Sainsburys Local and Tesco Express (all within 2 minutes walk)
Cafes, takeaways, pharmacy, nail salons and other handy shops all just around the corner
Thames River walk and the local pub just a couple of blocks away

Move in: March 1st 2026
Notice period: 1 month, replace yourself when you move out
Bills: approx. £100 a month (water, power, internet, council tax) can be higher in winter with the heating on, plus we all chip in for other household bits and bobs
Included: cleaner (fortnightly for common areas) paid by the landlord

We have lovely private landlords who are always very responsive to queries and questions. But do please note they require proof of employment to live in the house.
