You will be sharing the apartment with just one other person (myself), ensuring a quiet, comfortable, and exclusive living environment.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights @ £65/ night single occupant @£80 for x2 ppl

7 nights/ one week £350@ £50/ night x7 nights single occupant
supplement charge £20 for extra person per night ( prices tbc on application/ duration)

About Me:

I’m Canadian and work as an author and public speaker. I’m typically out during the day, returning around 7pm after work or the gym. I maintain a calm routine, usually winding down by 10pm, and keep social activities mainly to weekends. I am also a tenant not landlord.

Ideal Tenant:

• Male or female professional (aged 25–50)

• Preferably office-based

• Clean, tidy, and respectful

• Friendly and open to occasional socialising

Pricing:

• £50 per night x7 nights or longer (inclusive of all bills) for single occupant/ supplement cost for extra adult in room per night( couples welcome)
