Large Room Available In Beautiful House in Fulham

Looking for someone to take over the lease on my room in a beautiful 4 story house in Hammersmith and Fulham.

The room is available from the 6th of March and the current lease goes until the 1st of September. Will expect the person taking over my lease to pay the rent for the month of March.

Our landlords are incredible, and we have had this house in the friendship group for over 4 years, so it is very likely there will be the option to extend and sign on for another 1 year lease extension in September.

The room is on the top story of the house. You will have the entire floor to yourself, and it comes with an ensuite. It’s a really big room, incredibly private, lots of storage space, with large skylights and nice views. Room comes fully furnished with a bed, cupboard, desk and chair.

The house is only 5 minutes’ walk from the Thames, Hammersmith bridge and all the restaurants and pubs on the water. It’s a 10 minutes’ walk from Hammersmith and Barons Court tube stations. It has a huge living area, kitchen and garden.

I have lived at the house for over 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. Moving out to move in with my girlfriend. The room and house are incredible, and the location is very convenient.

You will be living with 3 great guys (25 – 29). All are working professionals with a mixture of work from home and office. We keep the house clean and tidy, and are respectful of each other’s space.

A few of the guys are looking to move out in the next few months to a house in North London, so there is a good chance, you will be able to choose your housemates in the future.

Bills are usually between $130 - $140 a month.

Looking for a responsible working professional (no students or couples). Will be having video and in person viewings over the next week.
