Sublet from 18th March-August (£480pm bills incl!)

I am looking for someone to sublet my room until the start of August, with the possibility to extend a suitable tenant long term. £480pm (bills+internet included) to be paid on the 13th of every month, with a £480 deposit + first months rent to be paid on confirmation of taking the room.

Housemates are 2 guys, 2 girls - we all have different schedules, but the vibes are peaceful and friendly, with occasional pub outings.

The room is currently a double, with two windows and great light, yet relative privacy. It's at the back of the property, so it's not too noisy. Please note - it is small, and while there are some shelves and a cupboard, it really only fits the double bed and not much else. I will have removed all my belongings so you can occupy fully. I have been considering downsizing to a single or a sofa-bed to make better use of the space. If you'd like to, you can do that.

There is a toilet/sink room right by the bedroom, and you would only share it with one other housemate.
There is a good-sized living room + TV with lots of channels/streaming services included. There is a large kitchen, two fridges, air fryer, microwave, washer and dryer. There's also a terrace area which we use in summer, as well as access to the roof for more outside space.
