En suite double 1min from district line! Zone 1/2

Are YOU looking for a flat basically immediately? We’re in need of a new housemate to take over our current housemate’s tenancy from the 20th of March. We all originally met on Spareroom so are used to how this works. 2 of us are a couple and both work 9-5, and one is a student currently studying a masters and working part time. We’re all quite sociable people and enjoy having a housemate who will want to get to know us, but equally if you like your own space that’s okay! Just come and have a chat whenever you like. Bills come out to around ~£130 a month, ~£70 a month if you’re a student. We also have a spacious shared living room with a balcony and fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, washing machine AND a dishwasher! If you’re interested we’d be more than happy to send a video tour.
