£700 single room in 3 people sharehouse Fulham

Hello, I am moving abroad and need to fill my room in my wonderful share house, sharing with two others. It is £700 a month bills included single bedroom, upstairs flat. It's one street away from the Thames and right next to a park. About a 15 minute walk to Hammersmith tube, bus stop on the street corner and shops and groceries are only 5-10 minute walk away. The private landlord who lives with his family in a separate flat downstairs is simply lovely. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person as the other bedroom has an ensuite. Large shared lounge room space and shared kitchen. The room comes fully furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, side table and chair. I can leave you some bed sheets and washing basket if you would like. The housemates are all friendly and don't mind socialising and the occasional pub visit or walk- 24M British guy who works from home in his room three days a week and 32M Aussie also works from home in his room three days a week. I'm a 30F Aussie and I've had a really awesome time living here and am so sad to leave.
