Double Room Near the River

Hello!

🏡The house:
A big two storey house with a private garden in a quiet residential street, a few minutes walk from the river in Hammersmith. We are also next to a small park. There's a separate lounge, a big kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a separate downstairs toilet. And a trusty cupboard under the stairs :)

🛌The room:
We have a good sized double room on the ground floor available! The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a shelf, a mirror and a bedside table.

👯‍♀️The housemates:
We are three friendly girls, looking for someone similar to join this lovely house. If you are like us - bubbly, laid back, clean and considerate - you would fit in fine! Everyone in the house works hybrid and full time and we are all pretty independent, but we also love to socialise over a glass of wine, or catch the latest show on Netflix.
Summer BBQs and pimms in the garden is a favourite :) We all treat the house like home and we all respect each others items and things, so we expect the new housemate to do the same!

📍The location:
Hammersmith, Glammersmith - call it what you will!✨
It's right by the river with loads of shops, restaurants and pubs. It's Zone 2, with the District, Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith and City tube lines - as well as plenty of buses all a few mins walk away.

🌼Anything else:
- Move in date is Friday 1st of May.
- We are ideally looking for a female to continue the house dynamic who wants to settle.
- Bills are included in the rent, but of course this can fluctuate slightly.
- Whilst we are all pretty relaxed, we have a cleaning rota for communal areas to keep the place looking lovely and feeling like a home:)
