You would be sharing the flat with myself and my other flatmate Kat & your bathroom would only be shared with me as her bedroom has an ensuite.

This first/second floor 3-bed flat also has a spacious kitchen and lounge that are already furnished, with most of the current furniture in your bedroom set to remain (bed, desk & wardrobe)!
