The flat is perfectly between Barons Court and West Kensington tube, about 5 minutes walk each way so great transport links into central London with district and Piccadilly lines. Plenty of small shops and cafes within walking distance to cater for all your needs.

Important! you will be sharing the flat with a couple, myself will and my girlfriend Alex who occupy both of the other 2 rooms. We both work in hospitality, this means you will often have the flat to yourself but also people that will cook dinner late in the evening from time to time.

Naturally this means that this flat share will be best suited to a working professional. Like every normal flat we have friends round from time to time but are by no means a party household so would look to live with someone who aligns with this mentality!

Bills are paid monthly and come to about £150 per person depending on the time of year.
