Double Room in 3-Person Flat Near Hammersmith

Two female students looking for another girl to rent a double bedroom in our 3-person flat. The room is available from 7 July, ideally until April 2028, although we can be flexible with dates. The flat is in a great location, around a 7-minute walk from both Hammersmith and Barons Court stations, with easy access to transport, shops, cafés and local amenities.

Bills are not included in the rent and are usually just under £50 per month. Council tax is fully exempt if the third flatmate is a full-time student; otherwise, the amount payable will depend on the council’s rules and any applicable discounts.
