We have a lovely, furnished single room available in a clean, well-maintained, and compact 3-bedroom flat.

The Room: Comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed (with extra storage space underneath), a wardrobe, and a bedside table.

The Flat: Features a fully stocked kitchen with a washer-dryer, fridge, oven, and microwave. There is 1 shared bathroom (shower + WC), and some small shared storage space in the hallway.

Please note: There is no separate living room in the flat.

🌳 Location & Transport

Transport links are excellent! The flat is just around a 10-minute walk to Hammersmith Station (access to 4 lines: District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, and Circle) and multiple bus stops are close by.

Amenities: A 5-10 min walk to supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Iceland, M&S) as well as IKEA, H&M, Primark, Boots, gyms, etc. There is also a great selection of cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby.

Leisure: Just a few minutes from Ravenscourt Park and the riverside - ideal for walking, running, cycling, or just relaxing.

👥 About the Flatshare

You will be sharing the flat with the two of us - we are friendly, quiet, and respectful girls from Greece and Ukraine.

For us, home is a place to rest and recover our energy. That’s why we value a peaceful, clean, and stress-free environment, built on open communication and mutual respect. We are a "no drama" household where everyone respects each other's space, keeps things considerate, and communicates like mature adults.

We keep the communal areas tidy, always clean up after ourselves, and have a weekly cleaning rota. Keeping the shared spaces clean, fresh, and functional for the next person is very important to us.

Who we are looking for: A friendly, clean, quiet, and responsible professional (non-smoker). Someone who will treat this flat as a home, values mutual respect, and will contribute to a comfortable, clean, and happy environment for everyone.

The landlord is helpful and quick to respond if anything needs fixing.
