We are two male South Africa’s that are looking for a new roommate. We like to keep things relatively tidy and clean with the occasional cleaner coming in!
We enjoy time with our friends and are looking for someone who doesn’t mind meeting new people. Of course you’ll be welcome to join us on activities with our friends.
The flat is located in West Brompton 7 min walk from West Brompton station and 12 min walk from Earl’s Court so very well connected.
The room available is the single room right (smallest room) and will have a shared bathroom with the one roommate.
Nb details
• The items in this room are available for purchase however if not purchase the room will come unfurnished.
• A security deposit is required of £1350 (deposit was split equally in £3500 per month)
• Rent is £1050 per month excluding bills which tend to be another 120–200
