Hi girls! We are Chloé and Beth and we’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our Hammersmith flat from October (with wiggle room to move earlier).

For the red tape: absolutely no smokers/vapers/drug takers, no couples and no students. Need to be okay with dogs as we occasionally have a nervous Scottish Terrier come to stay with us 🐶

About the Room: 🛏
- Available from Oct 1st, although will likely become available earlier (tbc).
- Rent is £750pm exc bills (energy, water, WiFi and council tax- Band ) which currently come to around £150pm.
- Cosy double which comes with a walk-in closet.
- Unfurnished, so you will need your own bed and storage units.
- Not suitable for fully remote workers as room not big enough to fit a desk.

- Large living room and spacious kitchen.
- Bathroom is separate to toilet, so no waiting for the loo if someone’s in the shower!
- Small outdoor area which is perfect for drying clothes in the summer ☺️🌸

I’m Chloé, 31yo and work as a civil servant. I’ve lived in the flat for 3 years now and love it! I’m in the office a few days a week and in my spare time can usually be found in the gym, running, at a pilates/yoga class, cooking veggie dishes or planning my next city break or trip abroad 🏃🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️🐰✈️ my wild party days are definitely behind me but I love a girly cocktail night or brunch trip 🫶🏼

BETH👩🏻
I’m Beth, 31yo and I’ve been living here for a year. I work as an Interior Design Manager in central London, I typically have 2 WFH days but it varies week to week. My job is very busy and I luckily get to travel for work. In my spare time you can find me in a gallery or museum, enjoying the sunshine ☀️ (when we have it), consumed in a good book or exploring foodie spots in London! Like Chloe, my party days are behind me but I do enjoy the occasional boogie with the girls after a couple of cocktails 🪩🩷

About You: 👸🏻👸🏼👸🏽👸🏾👸🏿
We’re looking for someone who is tidy (and will do their fair share of cleaning/bin duty) and most importantly considerate, with respect for shared spaces, other people’s belongings and the home environment ☺️ We’re ideally looking for someone in a similar age range/stage of life to us (early to mid 30s) but flex on this ☺️

Whilst we love having girly cocktail dates and pizza nights, this isn’t a party house; our building mostly consists of retirees and families who don't appreciate the noise! It is a really lovely community vibe in the building though where everybody looks out for each other. We also have a really good relationship with our landlords who are lovely. We’re keen to find somebody who will also treat this place like a home, want to be pals and not just flatmates, but will have respect and consideration for shared spaces, busy schedules and the people they live with ☺️💕
