Double Room by the River – Hammersmith/Fulham

I’m moving out of my double room in a friendly and relaxed house on Niton Street, Hammersmith/Fulham, right next to the river, and we’re looking for someone to take my place from 29th August 2026.

The room is a furnished double bedroom with a double bed and space for storage. The house also has a spacious furnished living room, so there’s plenty of comfortable shared space to relax in.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as space for parking. The property also has a garden, which can be used at the landlord’s discretion.

Who you’ll be living with:

You’ll be sharing with two friendly working professionals who are staying in the house. One works for a robotics start-up and the other works in media for a popular UK meal-prep company.

The atmosphere in the house is very chilled, friendly and respectful. Everyone gets along, helps each other out when needed and also respects each other’s privacy and personal space.

There isn’t a particular type of person we’re looking for ; the main thing is finding someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with who will fit naturally into the house.

Wi-Fi and household amenities are currently organised between the existing tenants.

The house is in the Hammersmith/Fulham area on Niton Street, in a great location right by the river.

Hammersmith Station is around a 15-minute walk away, giving easy access to transport around London while still having the benefit of living close to the river.
