NOT a party house. Friends and family are always welcome for visits but we are not party people and like a chill home environment.

We are 2 professional women: Isabelle (30, British) and Franzi (37, German). Isabelle works in events Mon-Fri and Franzi works in heritage with a rotating schedule.

We live in Baron's Court, within walking distance to Hammersmith (10min) and the West Kensington (7min). Waitrose, Tesco, M&S and Sainsbury all close by (10 minutes away).
Transport: 2 min to Baron's Court (District, Picadilly), 15 min to Kensington Olympia (Overground, District). You are in Central/Victoria within 15min.

Our current flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so we are looking for someone to take her room. It is a big, bright double room with wooden floors.

We live on the second floor with central heating. We have spacious and bright kitchen and a shared bathroom with bathtub.

Rent is £833.34 and bills+council tax+wifi is £129.51 ans deposit £1602.57 (protected of course).

We rent with an agency and as you would be included in the contract, you will have to go through a reference check. You will need passport ID, Right to Rent, 3 months’ bank statements or payslips and proof of address for your current residence.
The final decision is theirs as they have to agree with whoever wants to move in.
