👗 Heaps of storage, including built-in wardrobes/storage, storage underneath bed plus a chest of drawers.

💻 Desk/workspace included, so there’s a good setup if you occasionally work from home.

🪑 The room will come fully furnished with all furniture pictured staying. I’m also happy to leave the duvet and bedding if useful, so it can be a very easy move-in.

🏡 Spacious three-storey house with lots of communal space — it feels much more like a proper home than a typical London house share.

🍽️ Open-plan kitchen/dining area leading directly onto the back garden.

🛋️ Two separate living rooms, so there’s plenty of space to spread out.

🌿 Private garden/patio — great for summer drinks, dinners and BBQs.

📍 On a quiet residential street one street back from the Thames and a short walk from The Crabtree.

🚇 Around 15 minutes’ walk to Hammersmith Station (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines), plus plenty of bus connections towards Fulham Broadway and central London.

🏃‍♀️ Really nice location for walks/runs along the river as well.

…The Housemates…

You’d be living with Ashleigh (accountant), Thea (accountant) and Stoyan (doctor), all in their late 20s/early 30s.

It’s a friendly and relaxed household — everyone has their own lives and busy jobs, but it’s also very much a home where people catch up in the kitchen/living room and have the occasional dinner or drink together.

…Looking For…

Someone friendly, clean, considerate and respectful who is looking for a home rather than just a room.

I’ve genuinely loved living here and am only leaving because I’m moving elsewhere in London.
