Beautiful Home in the Heart of Hampstead Heath

Hi, I have one lovely quiet and peaceful double room left available in a large family home in Hampstead Heath. Looking for single female occupancy only. Sorry no couples :(

Amazing location - a serene and tranquil oasis, you'll forget you're in London.

The house is located in the heart of Hampstead Heath (literally) currently occupied by mum & daughter (+ two friendly dogs who stay downstairs).

There is a large bathroom shower wet room shared only between two rooms (with one other female), sink, toilet, heated towel rails, heated floor tiles, and light sensors for when you need to pop to the loo in the middle of the night.

There is a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with high ceilings, all the mod cons, lots of natural light and a large dining area.
There are also 2 x large fridges and 2 x large freezers, so no fights over shelf space.

Gym with a running machine, multi gym, weights etc…

Large kept garden with plenty of seating for BBQs and more in the Summertime.

We like our home clean and tidy. A cleaner comes once a week to clean the communal areas as well.

Unlimited broadband.


It is a large space so you won't have that 'living on top of each other' feeling at all! We are very easygoing and relaxed people..

The area is very safe, on top of that there's a security guard 7 days a week that patrols the avenue regularly from the early evening to the early morning.

Hampstead village and Hampstead Heath Village is approx a 10/15 min walk or there is a bus stop (3 min walk) which the 268 and 210 pass by regularly. Bus routes are Hampstead, Swiss Cottage, Finchley Rd, Golders Green, Highgate, Finsbury Park and Camden Town etc...


Hampstead underground is on the northern line and can get you into town in less than 15 mins, there is also Hampstead Heath Overground (Thames Link)

There is private parking available if you have your own vehicle.

Hampstead is a beautiful area with lots of old pubs, restaurants, Everyman cinema, gyms, shops, farmers markets, and super markets.
In the summer you couldn't possibly be in a better place with Hampstead Heath swimming ponds a stones throw away. You can also enjoy short walks to Kenwood House, Parliament hill, the Lido, in no time at all.
