Double room in cosy Hampstead

Only reason why I am moving out is because I am moving country! I've absloutely loved living in this area, and the flat is amazing. Terrace, big living room, great kitchen and two toilets! The room is a huge double bedroom, with lots of storage space (double wardrobe, a shelves and a big cupboard). The room is always bright during the day
The two girls that live here are very lovely, clean, always up for a chat and a laugh but also respect one another's space. Plant lovers welcome!

Flat mates are looking for someone that is relaxed, has a sense of humour and clean.

The location is a 5 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, which is an amazing park and there's a lovely viewpoint up at Parliament Hill. Primose Hill is also on a 20 minute walk away. There is an M&S Food Hall 4 minutes away and many other cafes and shops around. The Stag pub is just at the front of your door which has a lovely beer garden. There are two cinemas nearby, the very famous Everyman Hampstead just a 17 min walk and Belsize Park only 10 minutes away.

Belsize Park station is a 5-7 minute walk and Hampstead Heath station is about 5 minutes. There are also several buses just outside the flat that goes to Camden and Central London.

Bills are not included, but add up to about £100 per month.

The room comes unfurnished as I bought all the furniture myself, however I am happy to sell the bed, the bedside table and the big Kallaz unit for half the price they are worth.
