Double room in friendly & spacious flat from Jan

Looking for someone to take over my large and cosy room and join 3 of the most interesting, funny & kind girls you will ever meet in our flat share.
The flatmates are all in their mid-twenties, working in different fields and respectful of others. They’re also lovely and kind, and up for a glass of wine and a walk on the Heath which is only 20 mins away.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and is very spacious for 4 people. The living room is large with a dining table suitable for WFH (only one of the girls working from home) and a TV. There’s a large bathroom with separate bath and shower, all modern and clean. Same with the kitchen.

3 mins on foot to Finchley Road (Jubilee line), 2 mins on foot to Finchley Road & Frognal (overground). 15 mins walk to Hampstead Heath (dreamy), 10 mins walk to West Hampstead. Could bang on about the transport links for hours (Thameslink, and links to Stansted/Luton/Gatwick from the doorstep) - ideally located.

Double bedroom comes with bed, desk, chair, massive double mirrored wardrobe and potentially bookshelf/bedside table (we can discuss if you'd like to keep these).

Viewings can take place either in person or via FaceTime if you would rather.

The lease is until August 2nd, and we'd like someone who's looking to stay at least this long. The moving date is flexible, but preferably in mid-January. The estate agent also requires proof of employment/ potentially previous landlord references.
