Double room available in lovely Hampstead flat

Hello! We are searching for a new female flatmate to take a double room in our lovely Hampstead flat. Our current Flatmate is leaving us to move to Australia.

We are well-located on a lovely residential road in a period court mansion property within walking distance to Finchley Road & Frognal (5m) Hampstead and West Hampstead stations (10-15m). The O2 Centre (with Sainsburys, Tiger, Aldi, Nandos, cinema, gym etc.) is less than a 5-minute walk away. Hampstead Heath is a 20-30-minute walk away and there are cosy pubs, cafes and gorgeous shops all along the high street.

In the flat there is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom shared by 4 people.

Bills come to roughly £150 on top of rent, inclusive of council tax, Wi-Fi, water, and heating. The letting agents also require a security deposit (around £400-£500).

The bedroom is unfurnished, other than a black bookshelf unit (in photo) and clothes rack (not pictured). Our former flatmate will be selling her furniture for £170 (bed frame, memory foam mattress, bedding, rug, standing desk, laundry basket).

You would be sharing the flat with 3 lovely working professionals aged 27 to 37 (2 x Male, 1 x Female). We are all busy and independent, but everyone is welcoming and friendly and the flat has a homely atmosphere.
