Charming room next to Hampstead Heath

Hi everyone!

We're looking for a new long-term tenant to join us in our flat in Hampstead, from the 1st of October onwards.

The room is a small double one, very sunny in the mornings, furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The flat has a big living room and entrance where you can store your bike if needed; there is only one bathroom so we need someone clean.

We're located in NW3, close from a big Sainsburys and many small shops, roughly 3 minutes from the Overground, 7 minutes from the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines, 10 minutes from the Northern Line and most importantly, about a 15 minutes walk from ✨️Hampstead Heath✨️. There is also a communal garden that you're welcome to use.

You'll be sharing the flat with Rebecca (italian, stage manager), Alia (indo-italian, fashion photographer), and me (French- burkinabe, writer and dramaturg). We're looking for a woman, preferably creative, clean and respectful of everyone's spaces. We all have hectic schedules so it's important to be mindful of others; it's defo not a party flat!

We have a strict rule of not allowing partners to sleep in regularly; friends and family visiting sporadically are absolutely fine.

The rent is £635, bills are between £100 and £150 on top of it (£70 for council tax, £20 for water and wifi, gas and electricity vary every month). Deposit is £590.

It goes through an agency so you'll need your passport or valid visa, and a proof of earnings or strong guarantor. The contract is for 6 months minimum; we really want someone long term.

Last but not least: pets are not accepted and there is no step free access (it's the 3rd floor).
