Double room in Hampstead village with amazing view

We have a small double bedroom available in Hampstead village, with spectacular views. It’s a wonderful location – 5 minutes’ walk to Hampstead tube station (with access to the Northern line) and 5 minutes to Hampstead Heath, including the famous bathing ponds! It’s also near to the High Street and several good pubs.

The room includes a double bed, nightstand, desk and wardrobe. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. All the usual amenities are included: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, bath/shower, television and WiFi. There is also a communal courtyard, with a bit of garden.

You’ll be sharing the flat with three friendly women in their thirties. We are: Lara (animation producer), Sophie (actress/writer) and Meg (music cataloguer). We enjoy hanging out in the flat, going to the theatre or on walks but we also respect each other’s space and privacy. We’re looking for someone who’ll fit in with our relaxed, clean vibe, and who will make this flat their home.

Rent is £800 per month, which covers all bills including council tax. The deposit is £800. It’s available from Sunday 4th May. Minimum stay 6 months, then a rolling contract.
