Room in Hampstead flat

Hi there, we're Eve (🇬🇧), Katie (🇮🇪) and Sara (🇳🇿).

In November, we have one double room coming available (£1050 rent + ~£140 bills/month). It is a en-suite furnished with a bedside table, lamp, chair, double bed/mattress and it has windows that look out to the garden. There is some flexibility to move in from 28 October.

The house has a huge living space with two couches, a flatscreen TV and a large dining room table leading to a lovely garden that's amazing for BBQs etc. Modern kitchen with dishwasher & large fridge. Separate utility room with washing machine/dryer and freezer.

The house is about 5-10 minutes walk from the Jubilee (Finchley Road), Metropolitan (Finchley Road), Northern Line (Hampstead) and overground stations (Finchley Road & Frognal). It's also a few minutes walk from Hampstead High Street, with nice pubs/restaurants etc. Also nearby are Hampstead Heath, Belsize Park, West Hampstead, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, gyms, a swimming pool and IMAX cinema.

In our humble opinion, this is an incredible flat and area to live in, especially in the summer. While this isn't a party flat, we're keen to carry on the tradition of having a social and chill vibe. We're looking for another working professional who is house-trained, reliable, easy-going, considerate and would be up for hanging out, whether that be in the garden or popping down to the pub for the odd pint/yarn etc.

We work in tax, finance and law, and do a mixture of WFH and in the office. In our spare time, we enjoy swimming in the ponds, running, hanging out with friends and travelling (amongst other things).
