Room to rent in cosy flat next to Finchley Road st

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to move into the other double bedroom in the 2-bedroom flat I've been living in for the past few years (my current flatmate is leaving end of Sep 26).

The flat:

- Right next to Finchley Road station and walking distance to Hampstead Heath/Primrose Hill/Regent's Park.
- 3rd floor and we have access to the roof. Fully furnished (no TV), shared bathroom, kitchen, living room. I don't smoke or have pets. Broadband available.
- Main road can be noisy at night but we just got new windows installed and I got used to it a day after moving in (I can sleep anywhere XD).
- There is a big puregym right opposite the flat, 30sec door to door.
- 02 Centre with lots of shops/cinema round the corner.
- Resident street parking available (I used it for more than a year, no problems.)

- Ideally looking for someone to stay on for at least 3 months.
- Rent is 900/month with utilities making it around 1030£/month (with slight +/- variation in summer/winter due to heating, council tax included).

About me:

- I'd like to think that I'm chill/sociable, but also always happy to give people time & space whenever they need. Clean and always open to discussions about living arrangements.
- I fence for Team GB so often away for international competitions/training, and I'm also a manager at an after-school education business.
I'm British/French/Japanese/German/American, but only speak the first two fluently (basic knowledge in the other two XD).
- Lived in London for 10+ years, UCL graduate.
- Happy to provide references from past male & female flatmates!
