Hello! We are looking for a guy to join our lovely flat as sadly one of our flatmates is moving out after almost 3 years of residency.

We have a bright double bedroom available from 21st May.

Rent is £775/month including all bills.

It has 1 large window and comes with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and bedside table.

We are looking for a friendly professional to join the flat. You will be sharing with three other flatmates, all 28-30, 1 guy, 2 girls.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, 1 person per room. 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and a very large living/dining room area with two comfy sofas, a TV, and Netflix, Amazon & Disney to boot.

The flat is on a beautiful, quiet street just off Finchley Road.

0 to 10 minutes away from O2 Shopping Centre, Finchley Road tube station (Jubilee & Metropolitan), Finchley & Frognal Overground station, and Hampstead (Northern) stations.

All bills included in price: electricity and gas, heating/hot water, council tax and internet.

1 month deposit required.
6 months minimum stay, contract included at no extra cost.
