Loft Room to Rent Out

I own and live in this flat with a loft room which has been empty & unutilised at all - I don’t have to, but think it’d be a good idea to see if there is a win-win deal for people who might be interested. It is 2-bedroom flat in a converted Victorian building, 5min to Hampstead Heath, and High Street / Hampstead Village. 5-10min to Northern Line Belsize Park. I live in the main bedroom, and we share the super bright living room, a modern & clean bathroom, a big and elegant kitchen. Would be nice to find a decent professional who is nice, clean, respect each other’s private space but also team up for cook and some mates activities (e. g. park run in Hampstead Heath)
