Two double rooms available with a shared bathroom between them in a leafy part of Hampstead, near the Heath and Hampstead Village as well as West Hampstead. Low cost gym, nice local cafe and Tesco express within 10 mins walk.

Rooms within a large maisonette with garden and balcony. Sharing with another renter, and couple with two girls (3 and 6).

Rented rooms and shared bathroom are on top floor, we as a family are mostly in the first floor (playroom, our family bathroom etc)

Looking to rent to women who need a room - whether students, professionals, Mon-Fri etc. Happy to consider shorter lets (a few months for visiting academics or training etc).
