🏡 The room is in a fully furnished 5 bedroom house - the house is spread across 4 floors meaning that it never feels crowded. One of the top rooms has an en-suite and there is a communal bathroom on the first floor and an additional toilet next to the utility room downstairs.

💃 You'll be living with 5 friendly and easy going housemates (mix of English, Kiwis and Australians). Everyone has pretty busy lives but we also enjoy catching up in the evenings in front of the tv in our open plan living room / kitchen. We sometimes take a trip to the pubs in West Hampstead, and have fun losing the local pub quizzes together :) Everyone is pretty laidback and happy to have extra people over.

📍The house is conveniently located just off Finchley Road and is super well connected.
- 5 min walk to Finchley Road Tube Station (Jubilee / Metropolitan lines)
- 3 min walk to Finchley Road & Frognal Rail Station (Overground) - very handy if travelling east
- Walking distance to Hampstead / West Hampstead / Swiss Cottage
- Next door to a large Waitrose / Sainsburys / Aldi

💸 The rent is £772.21 per month + bills (which come to approx £100 including household essentials incl milk, tea, cleaning products etc). Deposit is £748. We have a private landlord who is responsive and easy to communicate with.

🕺 Ideally we are looking for people that want to settle for at least 6 months so that it continues feeling like a home.
