Single room to rent in Hampstead

Single room to rent in flat less than 5 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath. The flat has direct access to a shared garden. This is to share with a single mum, 4 year old daughter and a small dog. We are looking for a female preferrably who would be respectful of our family life and happy to engage with my daughter and dog. No parties, no late night stumbling in drunk.
We are a vegan household and would ask for there to be no animal products in the in the house.
