We have a double room to rent in a quiet, clean and modern house in the beautiful area of Hampstead, just a stone throw’s away from Hampstead Heath. Move in date would be Sunday 23 February 2025.

Hampstead Heath overground station is a 2 minute walk away, and both Belsize Park and Hampstead tube stations are a 10/15 minute walk away. There are also multiple bus stops on the doorstep which take you all over London, and convenient shops like M&S and off licences are within meters.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen/living area, and a big communal roof terrace. The available room is on the first floor and you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

We are looking for a professional female in their 30s who is clean, quiet, respectful and friendly. You will be sharing the house with Fleur (from New Zealand, a dog walker/sitter), Lauren (from the UK, an events manager), and Gladys (from Uganda, a nurse). All three housemates are in their 30s/40s and enjoy relaxing nights at home or going for coffee walks on the Heath with friends. This is definitely not a party house!

The deposit is £854.25 and is held in a secure deposit account. Current monthly costs are:

TOTAL: £1,025 per month
