The room has high ceiling and tons of natural light overlooking a leafy road. The rooms comes with a built in drawer with shelves and a small double bed (190x120) with storage underneath. The room can fit a clothing rack or a wardrobe. You will have your own private bathroom with a bath tub.

The flat is located in a gorgeous brick house on the first floor: 1 Hampstead Hill Gardens, NW3 2PH. The location is fabulous as you will be right in the heart of Belsize Park/Hampstead. Hampstead Heath is only 5 mins away. Primrose Hill and Camden Market are only 20 mins walk away.
Northern Line Belsize Park/Hampstead tube stations - 10 mins walk
Hampstead Heath Overground - 5 mins walk
Swiss Cottage - Jubilee Line - 15-17 mins walk

Your future flatmate:
You will be sharing the flat with one female professional in her 30s, she is an architect working from office and home. She has a Shiba Inu dog who is a friendly and quiet and sleeps a lot.

Finances:
Cost: £1000 + bills (around £200 with council tax).
Payment for rent - upfront every 6 months, bills are paid monthly.
The flat is now fully paid until July, and the next payment is due on 26th of July 2025, so your first pay will be prorated based on move in day (approximately. 3 months) + deposit £1240.

You will need to pass reference check with Foxtons agency.
