I’m looking for one friendly and considerate flatmate to join me in my bright and spacious 100m² top-floor flat in Hampstead.

The available room is the large (5m x 5m) master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a full wall of built-in wardrobes, and a stunning view over leafy gardens with the London skyline in the distance. It’s a peaceful, light-filled space—perfect for relaxing.

The flat is on floor 2 of a period property and tastefully decorated with a mix of designer furniture and artwork. The large open-plan living room and kitchen create a welcoming space to cook, unwind, or hang out. The bathroom (with a bath/shower) is shared, and there’s also a third bedroom that I plan on keeping as a spare room.

The flat is very well located on Fitzjohns avenue, a short walk away from Hampstead Village, Belize Village, Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road where there are lots of shops, pubs & restaurants. The Heath is also nearby.

There are an excellent selection of transport links including the Jubilee line for heading into town or the Mildmay Line for heading East, also the met line, Thameslink.

I’m a product manager at a software startup and keep pretty busy with a mix of creative hobbies, interests, sports, and socialising. I'm hoping to find someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy-going—someone who values a comfortable home environment and a good balance of shared time and privacy.
