Hi everyone, 👋
We have one room available in our lovely house of 7, as our current flatmate is unfortunately leaving the country.
About your room:
- The room is a double bedroom, en-suite, with a desk, chair, double bed, and built-in wardrobe included.
- Price will be £1000 per month will all the bills included (council tax, wifi, gas, electricity and any maintenance exp’s occurred).
- Room is located on the top floor, being similar to a loft room, and right next to the terrace (but we don’t go to the terrace very often, unless summer and we are having a gathering).
We have someone who comes and deep cleans all the common areas once every 3 weeks that is also included in the bills.
About our house:
It is a very beautiful big house spread across 4 floors, with a bright living room, a very big kitchen, and a secondary kitchen on the 3rd floor, a shared WC on the ground floor, a garden and a terrace that we use a lot during summer!
Even though we are 7 people in the house, it doesn’t feel like it, as the house is big and everyone has different timings around the house and their routines, so this gives a perfect balance for everyone and never feels too much.
About us:
We are all very good friends, we do many things together, many nights out or in, having BBQs in the garden and having people over! We have become a small family, sharing a huge part of our lives but at the same time we are also independent, having our own private lives, doing our own things and spending time alone.
We are all very chill, multicultural, between the ages of 24-31, and all working professionals, with everyone having a hybrid work style, which helps a lot in balancing the traffic in the house.
The house is located by the Hampstead Heath overground, overlooking the Hampstead Heath (!!), with many grocery shops, gyms nearby and the Belsize Station being 12 mins walk from the house. Hampstead is a very green, quiet and safe area to live in.
About you:
We are looking for a full time working professional, who is clean, respectful and considerate of others and communicates things easily, as all of the above are to ensure a healthy en right where everyone can feel comfortable and like home.
Move-in date & viewings:
The room is immediately, with flexibility of moving by the 1st of June. We can be flexible though.
Viewings will be taking place in the upcoming days, tbc exact dates through PM.
