We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom flat on Finchley Road, just a short walk from both West Hampstead and Hampstead. Our flatmate is moving out in early September, and we’re looking for someone to take over their room ideally from the weekend of 6/7 October, with a minimum stay of 3 months.

OUR FLAT has:
- A huge, bright living/dining room
- A big separate storage room
- A modern kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
- High-end features like remote-controlled blinds & washing machine
- Superfast WiFi – perfect for working from home
- Central heating and hot water included in the rent. This just leaves council tax (band G), electricity, WiFi and water to split between ourselves.

THE AVAILABLE ROOM is:
- At the front of the property, extremely spacious.
- Furnished with a king bed, large wardrobe and bedside drawers

THE AREA:
The amenities of both Hampstead and West Hampstead are less than 10 minutes away, with Hampstead Heath also a short walk away. The flat is very well connected, with Hampstead (Northern Line), West Hampstead (Jubilee Line & Thameslink), and Finchley Road (Metropolitan & Jubilee Lines) all close by.
Buses to Central London (Baker St, Oxford St, Victoria etc.) stop right outside the building.

ABOUT US:
- One male and one Female professional (both 27)
- Work from home about half the week
- Enjoy socialising after work and on weekends – whether that’s a film night in the living room or heading to a local pub
- Looking for someone friendly, easy-going, considerate and clean/tidy who’ll fit in well with the relaxed and sociable atmosphere
