Lovely double bedroom in Hampstead

Greetings!

We have a room become available in our stunning property in Hampstead due to our flatmate moving in with her boyfriend and are looking for a third person to join us in calling this flat their home!

About the property:
Light, recently refurbished first floor apartment with wooden floors on a peaceful (and rather grand if we do say so) avenue in NW3! Open plan living area which leads out onto a decently sized balcony overlooking a well maintained garden (excellent indoor/outdoor flow if you're into that, which we are). Relatively large, recently refurbished kitchen, connected to the open plan living area, but somewhat separated by the kitchen bench. Two full bathrooms and a powder room, so no race for the loo. THE BEST PART - Only 5 minutes walk from the Heath - bring on summer picnics ☀️

About the room (pictured):
The room is a light, double bedroom which overlooks the garden, with built-in wardrobes which have space for drawers and hanging. The room comes with a double ottoman bed (for even more storage underneath) and some drawers (should you need). There is also space for a desk if you work from home.

About us:
Jenna: a 32 year old environmental consultant who likes getting out and about - gigs, theatre & catching up with friends. Quite partial to a cycle or a run!

Lydia: A 33 year old lawyer, who enjoys drinking beer, cooking, skiing, running, watching the rugby, and playing her flute (a mythical event which only happens when noone is around).

Celeste: Lydia's short sidekick, Celeste, is a long-haired miniature dachshund (pictured) whose hobbies are known to include kissing, and wagging her tail. Exceptionally loving and relaxed, she makes for exemplary company.

YOU: We’re looking for a third flatmate (of any gender) who is friendly, clean and easygoing. In the ideal world, we would love to live with someone we could call a friend and occasionally share a laugh and a wine (or tea) with - although, we do appreciate that there will be times when you want to close your door on the world and watch Survivor.

Bills are around £150ea pcm & we can we flexible about the move in date - but looking to have it filled in the next month or so. Do let us know if you're interested and want to come have a nosey!
