This is a beautiful double room with an ensuite in a stunning, cosy area. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and living room. Of particular note, the flat has access to a large shared garden which is rarely used.

Finchley road and frognal station (overground/underground) is 5 minutes walk away, as is Swiss cottage. Hampstead high street and belsize village are both around 5 minutes walk away and the heath is about 10 minutes.

The area gives you easy access to central and north east London (like Highbury Islington and hackney).

Primrose hill and reagents park are also a short distance away.

You will be sharing with Gabriele (30M), a super conscientious and friendly guy.

I honestly wish I could stay in the flat but due to unforeseen circumstances have to leave.

The current contract runs until 24th Feb. The landlords are aware of the sublet. The landlords are also, genuinely, the most welcoming and understanding landlords either of us have ever had.

All in all, this is an incredible area, flat, and housemate.
